The JAMS symposium - the ultimate session for microbiologists down under
Carly Rosewarne reports from JAMS6 at the Australian Museum in Sydney
The full report from the JAMS6 symposium is available on my blog
Joint Academic Microbiology Seminars (JAMS) brings microbiologists together for scientific discussions, networking and most importantly - beer and fun! Monthly JAMS are held on the last Tuesday of the month at Harpoon Harry Bar. JAMS Symposia are held annually at the Australian Museum.
The JAMS Symposium represents the largest independent gathering of microbiologists in Australia. It is made possible by the efforts of volunteers and the generous support of sponsors. JAMS is looking to expand around Australia in 2017. If you would like to get involved, follow @jamsorgau on Twitter or find contact details for Mike Manefield on his website
